Welcome to Mindville Spaces, your partner in coworking, private offices, and events. By signing up for membership, booking space, or otherwise using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our community and our operations.
1. General Use of Facilities
Mindville Spaces operates as a professional coworking and event hub. Members and visitors are expected to use the space for legitimate business, study, or event purposes only.
Activities that are unlawful, disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the community spirit of Mindville Spaces are prohibited.
All members must comply with building safety regulations, emergency procedures, and any instructions given by management or staff.
2. Memberships, Day Passes & Bookings
Membership types include hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and virtual office services. Each membership type comes with specific access rights, which will be clearly communicated upon registration.
Day passes or short-term bookings allow temporary access to shared spaces but do not confer membership rights.
Event space bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability and approval. The host is responsible for ensuring that all attendees respect these Terms & Conditions.
Mindville Spaces reserves the right to decline a membership or booking request at its sole discretion if the applicant’s business or activities conflict with our community values.
3. Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
All fees must be paid in full before access to the space is granted. Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
A security deposit and/or insurance equivalent to one month’s fee may be required. This deposit will be held against damages, unpaid fees, or breaches of agreement.
Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations made later may result in forfeited fees.
Late payments are subject to additional charges and may result in suspension of access until accounts are settled.
4. Access, Security & Personal Belongings
Access is granted through keys, cards, or codes provided by Mindville Spaces. These must not be shared with non-members.
CCTV monitoring and security personnel are in place, but Mindville Spaces is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property. Members are encouraged to secure their own insurance for valuables.
Unauthorized access to restricted areas (server rooms, storage, or staff-only zones) is strictly prohibited.
5. Use of Facilities & Shared Resources
Members are expected to keep all areas clean, orderly, and ready for use by others.
Kitchen & lounge areas are self-service. Users must clean after themselves, dispose of waste properly, and avoid leaving food overnight (the fridge is cleared weekly).
Meeting rooms and equipment (screens, projectors, printers, etc.) must be booked in advance and returned in proper condition.
Any damage to furniture, walls, or facilities must be reported immediately. Members may be charged repair or replacement costs.
6. Guests & Event Hosting
Guests are welcome but must always be registered at reception. Members are fully responsible for their guests’ conduct.
Large gatherings or events must be approved by Mindville Spaces management in advance.
Hosts must ensure their guests follow house rules, including noise levels, cleanliness, and respect for shared spaces.
Any damages or disruptions caused by guests will be charged to the host’s account.
7. Insurance & Liability
Mindville Spaces carries building and operational insurance but does not insure individual members, businesses, or their equipment.
Members and event hosts are responsible for their own liability coverage if required for their business activities.
Mindville Spaces is not responsible for:
Business interruptions, loss of profits, or indirect damages.
Injuries sustained due to misuse of facilities or failure to comply with safety rules.
By using the space, members agree to indemnify Mindville Spaces against claims arising from their activities or their guests’ actions.
8. Internet & Technology Usage
Internet access is provided for professional use only. Illegal downloads, hacking, spamming, or any unlawful digital activity is strictly prohibited.
Members must not engage in activities that threaten the security of the network or other users’ data.
Mindville Spaces reserves the right to suspend internet access in cases of misuse.
9. Code of Conduct
All members and guests must maintain a respectful and professional environment.
Discrimination, harassment, verbal abuse, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Noise levels must be kept reasonable in shared areas to ensure productivity for all.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
10. Termination & Suspension of Access
Mindville Spaces reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships or bookings in cases of:
Non-payment of fees.
Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Misconduct or activities deemed harmful to the community.
In cases of serious misconduct, termination may be immediate and without refund.
11. Changes to Services & Terms
Mindville Spaces may update services, pricing, or policies at any time.
The latest Terms & Conditions will always be available on our website. Continued use of our facilities implies acceptance of updates.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Cairo courts.
